Dr. Gangashree Nair is an Ayurvedic (Traditional Indian Medicine) practitioner and herbalist who comes from a long lineage of Ayurvedic physicians that have been healing with their traditional therapies and indigenous herbs for many years. She completed her Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (BAMS) from Tamilnadu Dr. MGR Medical University, India.
She is the founder of Aarshaveda Ayurvedic Holistic Centre at Lotus Centre Hobart and offers consultations that specialise in pulse diagnosis and marma therapy (manipulation of subtle energy points in the body). Other natural therapies include personalised medicated oil treatments, dietary herbal preparations and chakra healing.
